Child Care 3 Star Rated
Toddler and pre-school care is provided for children ages 12 months to 5 years of age. Fees are self pay or subsidized by Metro Social Services.
Objectives of the pre-school program are to prepare the children for success in elementary school by providing nurturing care and educational stimulus. DLM curriculum is used. Service is available for 98 children.
After School
The After School Program provides recreational activities, assistance with homework, social skills development and loving care.
Summer Camp Program
Boys and girls participate in a nine-week camp each year. This program focuses on the arts and includes recreational activities, educational field trips, and academic review.
Christmas Assistance
Through the Toys for Tots program and private donations and contributions, toys are provided for children in the 37208 area at Christmas time. Families requesting assistance are screened though an application process to determine need. Age appropriate toys are selected by the parents at the Center’s Toy Store.
Boy Scouts
Cub Scout Troop #218 organized March, 2008 for boys ages 7 and up.
